These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the j2jl platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers on j2jl. By creating a j2jl account, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

All j2jl players must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately and all associated funds forfeited to comply with Philippine law.
Each j2jl player is permitted exactly one registered account. Duplicate accounts — whether intentional or accidental — are a violation of these Terms. j2jl reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and withhold associated balances pending investigation.
All j2jl bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific eligibility conditions. Attempting to abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including multi-accounting for bonus farming — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential permanent account closure.
j2jl requires Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a selfie for verification. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is approved. This requirement is mandated by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
j2jl is committed to responsible gaming under PAGCOR guidelines. Deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools are available to all players. j2jl may impose limits or suspend accounts where problem gambling indicators are detected, in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy.
j2jl operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. These Terms are governed by Philippine law. j2jl services are intended solely for eligible players physically located in the Philippines. Players accessing j2jl from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
As used in these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below:
By accessing j2jl — whether by visiting j2jl.app, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, redeeming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the j2jl Privacy Policy, the j2jl Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and j2jl.
If you access j2jl on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that such person or entity agrees to be bound accordingly.
To register for and use a j2jl account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
j2jl reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such rejection.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active j2jl account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where j2jl identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to close all such accounts, forfeit any accumulated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform. Real money deposits will be refunded to the original payment source after investigation, minus any bonuses claimed across the duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your j2jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
j2jl will never ask for your password through any communication channel including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from j2jl requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to j2jl support immediately.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your j2jl account, whether or not authorized by you. j2jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
j2jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions on j2jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). j2jl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or any form of payment not expressly listed on the Platform's deposit page.
The minimum single deposit amount on j2jl is ₱100. j2jl reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your j2jl account are legally yours, free from any encumbrance, and that no deposit constitutes proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful act. j2jl is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
Deposits must only be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. j2jl strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts for depositing funds. Where a third-party payment is identified, j2jl may suspend the account, reverse the deposit, and require the Player to complete enhanced KYC verification before any funds are released.
Players may request withdrawal of their real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
j2jl is required by Philippine law to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and a clear selfie photograph. Withdrawals will remain pending until KYC verification is completed and approved by j2jl's compliance team. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively after registration, rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.
Approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. j2jl does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, technical maintenance, or compliance review.
j2jl offers various bonus promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of offer.
All bonus funds awarded by j2jl carry a wagering requirement that must be met before such funds can be converted to withdrawable real money balance. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, and eligible game categories are specified for each individual promotion. As a general rule, live dealer games and table games contribute at a lower rate toward wagering requirements than slots.
j2jl employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and using bonus funds in a manner designed to extract value without normal risk exposure. Where bonus abuse is detected, j2jl reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the Player's account without refund.
Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of their active bonuses through the j2jl Bonus Center within their account.
All games available on j2jl operate in accordance with their published rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. All slot games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. All live casino games are conducted by professional dealers via certified live streams subject to independent auditing.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption during any game session on j2jl, all affected bets and winnings for the interrupted round shall be void. j2jl shall refund the bet amount for voided rounds where technically feasible. j2jl shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or profits resulting from a game malfunction, system error, or force majeure event.
j2jl reserves the right to set maximum payout limits per session, per game, or per promotional period. Where a winning amount exceeds the stated maximum, j2jl shall pay the maximum amount only, with the excess forfeited. Maximum payout limits are published in the game rules and Promotions pages of the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j2jl and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling j2jl to immediately suspend or permanently close your account and forfeit associated balances:
j2jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and its own Responsible Gaming Policy. j2jl provides a suite of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
Players who wish to use these tools may do so at any time through their Account settings. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period expires. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to access these tools and to seek external support.
All content on j2jl — including but not limited to the j2jl brand name, logo, platform design, software, game artwork, promotional materials, text, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of j2jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use j2jl solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any j2jl content without prior written authorisation from j2jl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j2jl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the net amount deposited by the Player during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) ₱5,000.
j2jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming winnings, business interruption, or reputational damage, arising from or related to your use of j2jl, even if j2jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
j2jl does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical events may temporarily affect Platform availability. j2jl shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, network outages, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or Philippine telecommunications outages.
j2jl collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a j2jl account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the collection of identity verification documents required for KYC compliance under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
j2jl may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government authorities in compliance with applicable law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of j2jl's data protection obligations.
j2jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to their registered address and/or prominent notice on the j2jl Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of j2jl after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using j2jl and may request account closure and withdrawal of your real money balance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. j2jl operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and j2jl arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through j2jl's internal dispute resolution process, accessible via the j2jl 24/7 live chat support. If internal resolution is not achieved within fourteen (14) days, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism.
Except as required by applicable law, you agree not to initiate any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against j2jl. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
